Rental notes
Rentals are on a weekly bases starting from Saturday, from any day when periods are longer. Additional days are pro-rated, for stays of more than one week.

Mandatory cleaning of 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week plus final cleaning to be paid directly to maid.
Additional cleaning and shopping services available on request by separate payment.
Arrival dinner and additional cooking is available by advance arrangement.
High chair and crib may be available on request; please inquire.
Five tennis racquets are left for use by guests.
Fans available for each bedroom.
