There is a complete complement of equipment (4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sinks, dishwasher, blender and food processor). Stairs lead to 'great room'.

Additional seating for at least 16 on two long built-in couches and side chairs with large coffee table. The room is furnished with an interesting collection of antiques, paintings and objects.

Loggia with high beamed ceiling and exceptional countryside view over olive groves to neighbouring farms and estates. Long simple table and 12 chairs for dining, plus sitting area for six.
